I never knew pain until BARRE3. LOL.
Kidding aside, I loved the workout. Ballet Barre meets Pilates and Yoga. It strengthens the core (of your body) and enhances your flexibility. It has more benefits but I just can’t remember ’em all. My apologies. :p
The workout and the “dance” studio itself took me back to the days of dance trainings, gymnastics, hardcore workouts, teaching aero and streetdance classes. Those days when I was still fit… Now where did that body go?
All I could think of, halfway through the class, was “are we done yet?”. Hahahah. Poor me. Anyways, I’ll talk more about it tomorrow. I’m just too tired to think of anything “nice” to write. So goodnight. Will blog again tomorrow. 🙂
